Greetings! Today, I have half of Leesha's Lacquer's Winter is Coming Collection to share with you! This collection is currently available for preorder and consists of eight polishes.
All swatches were topped with super glossy Gem Glam Top Coat by Dream Polish. Now, let's get to these Westeros beauties!
"Red Viper" is a clear-based glitter topper filled with metallic red and iridescent hex glitter, iridescent square glitter, and metallic golden orange micro glitter. Shown here is one coat over a black creme. When you look at this polish in the bottle, it looks like fire in glitter form, but in the light, the iridescent glitter has such a stunning color-shift! What a gorgeous surprise! I absolutely love how this looks over black.
"Amethyst Killed the Bastard" is a deep shimmery plum creme filled with iridescent blue micro flakes. Shown here is two coats. This is such a deep vampy purple, and the added sparkle afforded by the flakes is just lovely!
"Icy Stare" is a deep shimmery navy blue creme filled with iridescent golden micro flakes. Shown here is two coats. Nothing screams "Winter is Coming" like this blue beauty. I also really love how present the flakes are in this one. They look like little chips of ice!
"Dragon Scales" is a clear-based glitter topped that is absolutely loaded with with iridescent hex glitter and iridescent micro flakes. Shown here is one coat worn over a black creme. "Dragon Scales" absolutely sparkles in the light, and it is just stunning! Wearing this beauty totally makes me feel like the Mother of Dragons.
This was my first time trying Leesha's Lacquer, and I am totally loving it! Each of these polishes had a unique and creative composition. The formulas were a nice happy medium, not too thick and not too thin. My favorite from these four would have to be "Red Viper" for it's wicked color-shifting abilities.
This collection is presently available for preorder and will release on Sunday, April 12th to coincide with the premiere of the 5th season of Game of Thrones.
